REFUND POLICY for ARTWORK

I use payment portals such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and other similar ones as these. Each of them have their own policies as to how they return funds.

Each art purchase is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of original artwork and the increasing occurrence of refund abuses nowadays, all refund requests are carefully evaluated to protect the integrity of my business.

While I strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase, I must also take measures to prevent situations where artwork is retained without proper payment. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out directly so we can discuss a resolution.

All artwork purchases are considered final due to their unique, handcrafted nature and are generally not eligible for refunds. In uncommon situations where concerns arise, I conduct a thorough review to ensure fair treatment for all parties involved. If there is evidence of dishonest intent, I reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include filing a formal report. Thankfully, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, with collectors who genuinely value the work. Still, it's important to stay prepared should any issues occur.
