FREE SHIPPING ON SINGLE ORDERS

SHIPPING POLICY -MERCHANDISE

Below, you will find the policy from my third-party company that handles the delivery of my merchandise: 

(1) Customers must report damaged items within 30 days of receiving them.

(2) The company doesn’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. 

(3) Products are made on demand, size exchanges require producing a new item. In rare cases,  exchanges may be allowed but you’ll (the customer) be responsible for additional costs for increase in size or any fees charged to me by the third-party company. 

(4) Each product has a estimated shipping times, but delays can occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or carrier issues. If a delay is outside the expected timeframe, it is advisable that you check tracking updates. I can do some back end work myself as an attempt to track the package as well. 

(5) All merchandise orders come with tracking, but sometimes packages are delayed or lost. It is important that you email me immediately so that I can reach my third-party and ask them to investigate. The company states the following : If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, cthe cost(s) are typically covered for replacement.

HOWEVER,
If tracking shows the package as delivered but the customer didn’t receive it:
  • Please check with neighbors or the local post office

  • The third-party and my company doesn’t cover lost packages if marked as "delivered." The third-party and I can't be responsible if someone steals your package or it gets misplaced after it shows "delivered."
